About the role
This position is central to supporting our sales organization by ensuring all commercial agreements are structured effectively and efficiently. You will collaborate with various departments to maintain pricing integrity and streamline the deal approval process. Your work will directly contribute to the scalability and success of our sales operations across the globe.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, discounts, and commercial deal structures to Sales, Legal, and Finance teams for all product lines.
- Review, structure, and approve complex proposals, quotes, and order forms, acting as a key point of contact for advanced approvals.
- Lead regular commercial meetings to ensure deal visibility, resolve roadblocks, and drive timely deal closures.
- Establish and enforce service level agreements for the Deal Desk to ensure prompt support and predictable deal progression.
- Review contract terms for accuracy and adherence to company policies and revenue recognition standards.
- Support the development of enterprise commercial proposals and intricate deal modeling.
- Maintain and enhance pricing tools, quoting templates, and configure-price-quote (CPQ) processes.
- Train sales teams on new pricing, product introductions, and commercial procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy of CRM data for opportunities and quotes to support reliable forecasting.
- Assist with audits related to discounts, contract structures, and deal compliance.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a similar discipline.
- Possess 5 to 8 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations.
- Demonstrate a proven ability to structure and model complex multi-product offerings and large enterprise deals.
- Exhibit strong communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities, with a track record of achieving outcomes in cross-functional settings.
- Possess a solid understanding of legal and financial contract terms, including revenue recognition principles.
- Have practical experience using Salesforce and CPQ systems for pricing and quoting.
Nice to have
- Experience within the SaaS technology sector, specifically with enterprise B2B software sales.
- Familiarity with supporting global or multi-regional sales organizations and commercial governance across diverse selling territories.
