About the role
Workstream is scaling its platform for the hourly workforce and requires a recruiter to manage the expansion of its Video Contributor program. This contract position focuses on high-volume hiring and building efficient, repeatable systems for contractor acquisition.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for high-volume Video Contributor roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using Indeed, LinkedIn, and Workstream platforms.
- Oversee candidate pipelines from initial outreach through screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with operations, project managers, and leadership to meet hiring targets.
- Analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates and hiring velocity.
- Support broader domestic and international contractor hiring as needs shift.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, specifically in high-volume, contractor, hourly, or staffing environments.
- Ability to work from the Menlo Park office 4 to 5 days per week.
- Proven track record of building and scaling recruiting processes.
- Proficiency in managing large candidate pipelines and optimizing workflows.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Background in BPO, marketplace, or large-scale contractor recruiting.
- Experience hiring for media operations, content creation, or contributor programs.
- Familiarity with hourly workforce hiring.
- Experience with international contractor recruitment.
- Expertise in ATS optimization and recruiting analytics.
