What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing using customer data and recurring items.
• Resolve customer inquiries through investigation and clear communication.
• Validate payroll data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Apply human oversight to verify AI-generated outputs and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the EPD team to refine automated processes and tools.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality.
• Participate in the testing and adoption of new AI-powered service features.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll, finance operations, HR technology, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-accuracy work.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proficiency with software, data management, and digital workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to own issues until a final resolution is reached.
• Willingness to learn and utilize AI-powered tools in a professional setting.

Nice to have

• Prior experience specifically in payroll processing or supporting payroll-related inquiries.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms, timekeeping software, or financial systems.

Practical notes
