Workstream provides an all-in-one hiring, payroll, and HR platform tailored for the hourly workforce. We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage and expand our relationships with major restaurant and hospitality franchises.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with CHROs, COOs, and VPs of Talent at top-tier franchise brands.
• Execute MSA entitlements and drive platform adoption across corporate-owned and franchisee locations.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events, including public speaking and panel moderation.
• Manage strategic initiatives such as Quarterly Business Reviews, product roadmap prioritization, and brand marketing campaigns.
• Deliver ROI analysis and usage data to secure executive buy-in for system-wide rollouts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to increase ARR while managing churn and payback periods.
• Facilitate executive introductions to support the broader enterprise sales motion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or account management.
• Proven ability to handle commercial negotiations and drive deals forward.
• Experience working within a startup environment.
• Capability to challenge executive stakeholders while maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately once every 1 to 2 months during peak conference seasons.
• High level of organization and accountability for complex project execution.
