What you'll do
Conduct in-depth research on target restaurant segments to identify high-value prospects and market opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads using outbound strategies, cold outreach, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight how Wolt's platform solves specific operational and growth challenges.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design customized proposals that align with partner business objectives.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Manage end-to-end sales cycles, tracking progress through a defined methodology to ensure predictable revenue flow.
Utilize CRM tools to log interactions, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Analyze performance metrics and sales data to refine strategies and improve conversion rates over time.
Communicate fluently in Greek and English to ensure clarity and professionalism in all stakeholder interactions.
Develop deep expertise in the restaurant industry to advise partners on trends, technology adoption, and competitive positioning.
Build long-term relationships that turn initial transactions into strategic, multi-year partnerships.
Support account planning activities by providing feedback on market conditions and competitor movements.
Represent Wolt professionally at industry events, meetups, and virtual conferences when appropriate.
Work closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for new partners.

Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree as a mandatory qualification for the role.
Possess 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, account management, field operations, or sales support.
Demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills in professional settings.
Operate effectively as a natural hunter with the drive to build a portfolio from the ground up.
Apply a consultative sales approach to tailor offerings to partner needs and close deals.
Manage multiple priorities and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
