Requirements

Fluency in German is required to communicate with local stakeholders, vendors, and partners in Berlin and Central European markets.
Experience in physical security roles is expected with a background of 3 to 5 years, ideally including administrative or project management duties.
Generalist security capabilities are required to allow independent handling of operational and project-based work with minimal supervision.
Coordination with security vendors and suppliers is a core responsibility, requiring the ability to manage contracts and execution effectively.
A proactive mindset is required to identify issues and implement fixes without waiting for direction from leadership or stakeholders.
