About the role
Wizard is an AI shopping agent that simplifies how consumers find and buy products online. We are seeking a product leader to build the platform that connects retailers and brands to our AI ecosystem.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop the strategy and roadmap for all merchant-facing products and the central merchant dashboard.
- Create tools for rapid merchant onboarding, catalog management, inventory tracking, and promotional execution.
- Build reporting and analytics features that provide retailers with actionable insights on attribution, conversion, and catalog health.
- Collaborate with engineering to design scalable APIs and integration workflows for retail partners.
- Work with AI and search teams to optimize how merchant data is ranked and personalized for users.
- Partner with commercial teams to translate retailer feedback into product requirements.
- Define and track KPIs related to merchant growth, platform engagement, and revenue.
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in product management within ecommerce, marketplace, retail tech, or payment sectors.
- Proven history of managing B2B or merchant-facing products that drive user adoption and business growth.
- Deep familiarity with ecommerce fundamentals including pricing, inventory, checkout flows, and catalog management.
- Ability to analyze metrics like GMV, AOV, and conversion to inform product prioritization.
- Experience working alongside sales or partnership teams to launch products for external users.
- Comfort navigating the ambiguity of an early-stage startup environment.
