About the role
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the São Paulo office, managing daily facilities and creating a productive environment for our team. This role balances operational logistics with hospitality to ensure our workspace remains functional, safe, and welcoming.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage front desk operations from 9 AM to 6 PM to greet visitors and employees.
- Oversee daily office functions, including vendor deliveries and contractor coordination.
- Maintain inventory levels for office supplies and snacks.
- Assist with event setup and execution for team gatherings and meetings.
- Act as the primary contact for building management and landlord relations.
- Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to ensure compliance and office security.
- Write internal communications and event updates for Slack and Confluence.
- Collect and implement employee feedback to improve office life.
- Execute independent projects related to office improvements, DEI, or sustainability goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities or workplace operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like furniture adjustments.
- Fluency in both English and Portuguese.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing schedules and office demands.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, or Jira.
- Interest in the startup and tech industry.
- Previous experience or certifications in facilities management.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Estonian, Spanish, or Hungarian.

Practical notes
- Compensation includes RSUs, food vouchers (708 BRL/month), and meal vouchers (1,166 BRL/month).
