About the role
You will lead technical hiring efforts in Sao Paulo to support the growth of our engineering and product teams across the Americas. This role focuses on modernizing our recruitment operations through automation, data analytics, and high-touch talent engagement to help us scale effectively.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and execute recruitment strategies for technical roles using predictive analytics and forecasting.
- Manage the full candidate lifecycle while using automation tools to reduce administrative tasks.
- Pilot new sourcing technologies, including semantic search and outbound automation, to reach passive candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers on talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the Employer Brand team on recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Identify pipeline inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements.
- Work with the People team to support onboarding and employee integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an in-house recruiter focusing on product and engineering roles.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including the use of automated workflows and advanced search algorithms.
- Ability to assess candidates based on cultural alignment rather than just technical skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with a focus on process innovation.
- Strong communication skills for influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
