Senior Product Analyst

About the role

Join the Grow team in Tallinn to manage the data and reporting infrastructure for our customer-facing financial tools. You will work within the Customer Reporting unit to ensure users have clear visibility into their holdings, tax obligations, and account performance.

What you'll do

• Establish measurement frameworks for all customer-facing reports, including statements, fees, and tax documentation.
• Manage the transition of global tax reporting to internal systems by defining data requirements and measuring customer impact.
• Assist with withholding tax readiness and local market integrations.
• Develop standardized metrics for reporting quality, operational reliability, and customer friction.
• Create dashboards and data models to identify and resolve reporting gaps before they impact users.
• Collaborate with engineering to maintain governed data flows, ownership, and service level agreements.
• Transform complex regulatory and product challenges into actionable analysis and decision-making paths.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, including data modeling, window functions, aggregations, and complex joins.
• Ability to translate vague product questions into structured, data-backed recommendations.
• Strong product intuition focused on user outcomes rather than just dashboard metrics.
• Experience managing stakeholders across engineering, product, risk, compliance, tax, and operations.
• Ability to identify and prioritize data quality and reliability issues in customer-facing products.
• Interest in regulated fintech domains such as performance tracking, tax reporting, and customer trust.
• Must be based in Tallinn or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Background in fintech, investments, savings, or payments.
• Experience with tax reporting or customer-facing financial statements.
• Technical proficiency in Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Python.
• Experience building monitoring and control systems for data products.
