Senior Product Analyst

About the role

You will join the Grow Squad to manage a portfolio covering Current Accounts, Savings, Investments, and Digital Assets. Your primary objective is to maintain sustainable and profitable growth by balancing aggressive expansion with financial, regulatory, and operational risk management.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Scalable Platform product team to identify and mitigate financial, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Design and implement control systems and monitoring frameworks to ensure the Grow squad operates within safe boundaries.
• Act as the lead data authority for the Scalable Platform team, providing insights that guide product strategy and governance.
• Influence product roadmaps, pricing models, and operational processes through data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Proven ability to translate technical analytics into business strategy and risk mitigation.
• Deep understanding of fintech unit economics, including Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, and margins.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments and providing clarity to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to leadership.

Skills & tools

• Expert SQL proficiency.
• Experience building and maintaining data pipelines using dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake.
• Python for automation and forecasting.
• Application of statistical methods such as causal inference and Bayesian statistics.
