Senior People Analyst

About the role

Wise is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the People Analytics department in Hyderabad. You will develop data products and research initiatives to improve the employee experience and support business decision-making.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Collaborate with People team stakeholders to address business inquiries and prioritize analytical projects based on their potential impact.
• Integrate data-driven assessments into various projects to track and measure the effectiveness of internal initiatives.
• Manage the People data infrastructure, including working with complex datasets and APIs.
• Train the broader People team on how to interpret data and utilize self-serve dashboards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data pipeline tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, and Airflow.
• Proven ability to design and maintain data assets and build complex data sources.
• Experience in scoping and delivering analytics solutions that drive business results.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to senior stakeholders to influence decision-making.
• Experience using visualization tools like Looker to democratize data access.
• This is an IC2 level role.
