Lead Product Analyst at Wise.
About the role
You will join the Cash Management team to drive growth and profitability for Wise Platform. This role focuses on helping major banks and platforms manage FX, settlement, and liquidity, directly shaping the strategy for our treasury and conversion products.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Build and maintain data models and products to improve team efficiency and risk management.
- Manage key performance indicators, perform deep-dive analysis, and offer recommendations to guide product roadmaps.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to track product performance and provide diagnostic insights.
- Estimate the impact of product initiatives to align with long-term company goals.
- Assist in product discovery through market research, sizing, and scenario modeling.
Requirements
- Experience in banking or payments, with preference for backgrounds in treasury, liquidity management, or FX.
- Proficiency in SQL and data pipeline tools including Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Lightdash.
- Ability to manage analytics from initial data transformation to final actionable insights.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on opportunity sizing, prioritization, and scenario modeling.
- Experience in high-growth B2B tech environments working alongside product teams.
- Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python data libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, and plotly.
- Experience leading a team or managing an entire product domain.

Practical notes
- Salary: 75k - 115k GBP depending on experience.
