About the role
This role supports the Business Operations team by focusing on the Wise Business product, which serves over 625,000 customers. You will bridge the gap between product development and customer servicing to improve efficiency and resolve user friction.

What you'll do
- Transform data into clear strategies to guide product decisions.
- Set objectives, track KPIs, and create narratives that clarify team performance.
- Provide rapid, high-quality analysis to speed up the decision-making process.
- Create automated data pipelines and self-service dashboards to reduce manual work.
- Pinpoint high-impact opportunities and advocate for the most effective solutions.
- Lead cross-team projects to measure how operational friction impacts customer retention.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in analytical positions.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Practical experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
- Ability to manage complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks based on impact and applying an 80/20 approach to analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to visualize data for diagnostic purposes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes through data-backed arguments.
Nice to have
- Background in the B2B sector, specifically regarding financial or expense management.
- Experience in analytics related to customer support, financial crime, or servicing.

Practical notes
- Salary range: £75,000 to £115,000.
- Compensation includes company restricted stock units.
