Lead Data Analyst - FinCrime Operations

About the role

You will guide analytics initiatives within our operations teams to support customer support, identity verification, and criminal activity screening. This position involves partnering with operational leads to translate data insights into actionable improvements for our global product.

What you'll do

• Build and refine analytical models for strategic capacity planning and forecasting to meet business growth.
• Manage data pipelines to ensure consistent flow, accuracy, and reliability.
• Create predictive models and perform cause and effect analysis to identify process drivers and improve strategic decision-making.
• Analyze the operational health of the FinCrime function, including cost analysis and quality metric reviews.
• Track the success of strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for operational optimization.
• Develop the operations KPI tree and establish target-setting frameworks for reporting and strategy.
• Partner with stakeholders to standardize processes across scheduling, forecasting, and real-time operations.

Requirements

• Ability to function at an IC3 level within our analytics career framework.
• Experience collaborating with workforce management, training, quality, and knowledge management teams.
• Proficiency in developing and maintaining complex data pipelines.
• Capability to translate operational data into strategic business outcomes.
