About the role
You will oversee the operational strategy for Wise Platform, ensuring our infrastructure effectively supports our enterprise and banking partners. This role involves scaling our servicing models and managing global operational roadmaps to maintain high performance as we move over 9 billion pounds monthly.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage operational and servicing KPIs, resolving structural issues and building new processes for emerging products.
- Guarantee the operational success of our partners by maintaining stable SLAs and performance metrics.
- Guide cross-functional teams and influence product development to ensure operational capacity and alignment with partner needs.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from customer interactions and operational cases to drive improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a broad operational role within the payments industry.
- Proven leadership background in FinTech, financial services, or technology, specifically managing people, processes, and products.
- Demonstrated ability to execute complex projects and deliver high-impact solutions in data-heavy environments.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Skills & tools
- Data analysis proficiency using spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
- SQL and Python are preferred.
