CRM Manager - UK and Europe

About the role

You will lead the B2C lifecycle communication strategy for Wise across the UK and Europe markets. This position focuses on improving customer retention and product adoption through targeted messaging and data-driven engagement campaigns.

What you'll do

• Create and oversee the CRM strategy for the UK and Europe, covering lifecycle management and engagement initiatives.
• Use data insights to build customer segments and personalize communications.
• Work with Product, Marketing, Creative, Engineering, and Analytics departments to coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-product messaging.
• Manage internal stakeholder relations across various business units.
• Build and refine lifecycle strategies to boost long-term loyalty.
• Monitor campaign metrics to identify ways to improve conversion rates and engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain database health and ensure all CRM activities follow regulatory standards.
• Manage the localization of international campaigns for the region.
• Handle email calendar scheduling, monitor deliverability, and produce monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• Mid-level professional experience in B2C CRM, specifically in lifecycle management and segmentation.
• Demonstrated history of managing cross-channel lifecycle communications.
• Experience planning and executing large-scale campaigns from start to finish.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities for interpreting data and performance metrics.
• Experience designing and managing complex A/B testing frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments and levels.
• A technical mindset combined with an eye for creative design and messaging.

• Proficiency in using Braze or similar Email Service Providers.
