It requires a commercial professional who can develop market strategies and understand technical products to help customers move money internationally.

What you'll do

• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals independently.
• Develop and execute a proactive strategy for generating new sales leads, including cold outreach and market research.
• Gain deep knowledge of Wise API features and compliance regulations to discuss technical solutions with product managers and engineers.
• Act as a customer advocate, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to help prioritize new features based on market needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of initiating and growing businesses.
• Ability to operate as an individual contributor initially, managing sales and market strategy, with the capacity to build and lead a sales team later.
• Skill in identifying opportunities and creating new frameworks in undefined environments.
• Experience with B2B cross-border payments, understanding bulk payment challenges like compliance and FX, and familiarity with competitors such as Payoneer.
• Comfort with selling API-first, platform-based solutions and explaining technical workflows.
• Strong curiosity to uncover customer problems and resilience to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
