About the role

You will shape how Wise uses artificial intelligence to simplify complex financial experiences while maintaining security. This role focuses on integrating AI into our content design processes and product strategy to support over 12 million customers moving 6 billion pounds monthly.

What you'll do

• Develop strategies to use AI for improving customer support and enhancing the content design toolkit.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product teams to define and execute the vision for AI-driven features.
• Prioritize and lead high-impact content projects across multiple squads.
• Create standardized design systems in collaboration with other design leaders.
• Improve the overall maturity and quality of content design within the FinCrime department.
• Participate in the Wise Content Guild to share knowledge and collaborate with the wider design community.
• Define and maintain high standards for product quality and content strategy.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Principal Content Designer with a track record of shipping complex products.
• Foundational knowledge of AI and its application in both user-facing products and design workflows.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proven influence and leadership skills within cross-functional teams.
• Strong empathy for both customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to engage in open, constructive feedback loops.
• Hands-on experience in UX and content design.
