Procurement Manager

Wildlife Studios seeks a Procurement Manager to lead its procurement operations in São Paulo. This role involves building upon a strategic foundation established over the last three years, focusing on value creation through intelligent and well-governed procurement practices. The ideal candidate will be proactive, curious, and adept at problem-solving within a rapidly expanding business environment.

What you'll do

• Lead the Procurement function, setting strategic direction, priorities, and governance standards.
• Define category strategies that align with business goals and long-term value.
• Conduct complex, high-value negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and risk allocation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and influence business teams and budgets.
• Manage executive-level supplier relationships, focusing on performance, risk, and innovation.
• Implement strategic sourcing practices, including vendor research, onboarding, and comprehensive RFPs.
• Improve Procure-to-Pay (P2P) efficiency by streamlining workflows and applying automation.
• Collaborate with FP&A and other stakeholders to align budgets, improve savings reporting, and strengthen cost governance.
• Guide and develop a high-performing team, including recruiting, coaching, and hands-on support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, including complex negotiations and end-to-end RFPs.
• Strong understanding of contracting, commercial terms, risk management, and P2P processes.
• Ability to analyze spend data to identify savings and establish credible budget baselines.
• Familiarity with modern Procurement or ERP tools, with an interest in automation and AI for procurement.
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese.
• Must be based in or able to work from São Paulo.
