About the role
Wildlife Studios is restructuring its payroll department and seeks a central contributor to lead these processes. You will manage international operations, implement a new payroll system, and drive automation initiatives within a high-performance environment.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Validate payroll cycles including monthly, bi-weekly, 13th salary, profit sharing, terminations, and collective bargaining agreements.
- Manage the homologation process and verify social security and labor tax obligations like FGTS, INSS, IRRF, DCTFWeb, and eSocial.
- Perform monthly accounting reconciliations and assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain process documentation and serve as the primary contact for payroll-related data requests.
- Execute the transition to a new payroll BPO provider and lead strategic process improvements.
- Generate management reports and metrics to support personnel cost analysis and budget planning.
- Monitor updates to labor, social security, and tax legislation to assess organizational impact.
- Standardize workflows and explore new tools, including AI, to increase operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing and labor legislation.
- Proficiency in accessory obligations such as eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital.
- Familiarity with payroll software such as ADP, SAP HCM, Senior, or equivalent systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across different levels of the organization.
