About the role

Wildlife Studios is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the Marketing Tech team in São Paulo. You will help refine our user acquisition strategies by applying advanced mathematical models to massive datasets.

What you'll do

• Model player behavior to guide multi-million dollar marketing investments.
• Enhance performance measurement frameworks, including lifetime value calculations and causal impact estimation.
• Develop and refine tools for the optimization of acquisition campaigns.
• Design and execute experiments to improve marketing operations and creative asset performance.
• Create data products and dashboards to assist marketing decision-making.
• Integrate agentic AI to automate campaign monitoring, diagnosis, and operational adjustments.

Requirements

• Proven ability to apply machine learning and statistical methods, such as predictive modeling, causal inference, and experiment design.
• Experience building data-intensive cloud applications using Python, SQL, Spark, and Airflow.
• Practical experience using AI tools to increase productivity.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in written English.
