About the role

Join the BizOps team at Wildlife Studios to drive critical projects alongside senior leadership. You will manage tasks from initial assessment through to final execution, gaining broad exposure to our mobile gaming business.

What you'll do

• Manage strategic projects by collaborating with department heads in marketing, finance, product, and operations.
• Assist with investment and M&A activities, including market research, financial modeling, and due diligence.
• Produce structured written documents and data-driven insights to guide executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to improve company-wide performance.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in venture capital, private equity, management consulting, or strategy and operations.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and produce high-quality results in ambiguous settings.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a rapidly growing company.
• Strong writing skills to articulate issues and recommendations clearly.
