Wildlife Studios is reorganizing its payroll department and is looking for an analyst to join the team. This position offers the autonomy to manage core operations while working in an international environment that values initiative and professional growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Prepare and submit payroll data to the BPO, ensuring accuracy for monthly, bi-weekly, 13th salary, vacation, and profit-sharing payments.
- Manage the end-to-end admission process and associated documentation.
- Execute termination procedures and handle all required paperwork.
- Oversee and validate vacation schedules and leave requests.
- Administer employee absences and ensure proper case management.
- Provide support to staff regarding payroll, payment, and benefit inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in personnel department routines.
- Strong understanding of Brazilian labor laws.
- Familiarity with payroll software such as ADP, SAP HCM, Senior, or equivalent systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively with high attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
