What you'll do

• Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception through to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

• Conduct detailed structural analysis and design using industry-standard software and methodologies.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, including calculations, reports, and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

Requirements

• A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to structural engineering in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
