What you'll do

• Provide support during university events, ensuring safety measures are in place and addressing any issues that may arise.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in criminal justice or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in law enforcement, security, or a related area is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations, making sound decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, emergency response procedures, and basic first aid is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a vehicle safely on campus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify potential safety hazards.

Nice to have

• Certification in CPR and first aid is highly desirable.
