What you'll do
Examine short audio segments of approximately five seconds to verify the correctness of transcribed text.
Approve transcriptions that meet quality criteria or reject them while supplying specific, actionable written feedback.
Rectify inaccuracies in punctuation, capitalization, and formatting according to established style guidelines.
Edit transcripts to ensure compliance with linguistic conventions and clarity for downstream AI training.
Support analysts by delivering constructive feedback that helps them refine their transcription skills and accuracy.
Detect patterns of recurring errors and escalate them to the project lead for corrective action and process refinement.
Assess audio clarity and content coherence to determine whether transcriptions reflect the spoken source accurately.
Maintain detailed records of corrections and feedback to support traceability and continuous quality improvement.
Contribute to the development of best practices by suggesting improvements to annotation workflows and quality standards.
Monitor your workload to ensure timely delivery of high-quality reviews within the allocated weekly hour range.

Requirements
You must possess native or near-native fluency in Swedish to accurately evaluate linguistic nuances and context.
