You will be responsible for setting evaluation criteria specifically for Urdu language promotions, ensuring that the content is analyzed with cultural and linguistic accuracy. This position empowers you to train AI systems by scoring advertisement suggestions based on relevance and quality. What you'll do

Analyze advertisements presented in both English and Urdu to determine their quality and relevance for specific user searches.

Requirements

• You must possess permanent residency within India for the duration of this engagement to participate in the program.
• You need a reliable internet connection that supports consistent task completion without interruptions.
• You should feel comfortable and familiar with using major commercial search engines in your daily activities.
• You must have daily experience browsing the internet as a prerequisite for performing effective ad evaluations.
• You are required to understand user intent from minimal keyword hints to accurately gauge the purpose behind searches.
• You must commit to a minimum weekly time investment of five hours to ensure steady progress and task completion.
• You are bound by a maximum weekly time commitment of twenty hours to maintain quality control and fairness.
• You must refrain from using IP masking programs such as VPNs to ensure location verification during the recruitment process.

Previous experience with Welo Data programs is considered beneficial for understanding the rating workflow and guidelines.

Practical notes

This position requires a minimum weekly time commitment of 5 hours and a maximum cap of 20 hours. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule within these boundaries, allowing you to balance the work with other responsibilities. Successful participation requires that you reside within India, and this location requirement will be verified automatically during the recruitment process. To ensure a smooth verification, you must refrain from using IP masking programs such as VPNs during the application and onboarding stages. There is no traditional interview, phone call, or waiting period; instead, you will progress through a self-paced and fully automated recruitment process that relies on numerous identity verification checks.
