Wellhub is seeking a Talent Management & Engagement Specialist to join our People team. This role is dedicated to enhancing our internal processes and fostering a positive employee experience. You will play a key part in developing and implementing initiatives that support our company's growth and culture.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and manage talent management cycles, including performance reviews, promotion processes, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
Design and oversee projects related to talent development and employee engagement, from initial planning through to completion.
Serve as the primary contact for our engagement platform, Peakon, managing survey deployment, communication, reporting, and user access.
Analyze engagement data and propose strategies to improve measurement tools and employee experience initiatives.
Conduct market research to identify best practices in talent management and recommend process enhancements.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Prepare and deliver training sessions in English on talent management processes and projects.
Evaluate and select vendors for talent management initiatives, managing vendor relationships and comparisons.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, or Project Management.
Proven ability in managing projects and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in English is essential.
