Talent Management & Engagement Specialist

This role focuses on enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness through strategic talent management initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing programs that foster growth, engagement, and a positive workplace culture.

What you'll do

Develop and implement talent management processes, including performance cycles, promotion planning, and feedback mechanisms, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

Create project plans for talent management and culture initiatives, overseeing all project phases from conception to reporting.

Act as a subject matter expert for the Peakon engagement platform, managing survey deployments, communications, and user access.

Identify opportunities to improve engagement measurement tools and processes, developing strategies for optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project and process advancement.

Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform best practices in talent management.

Evaluate and recommend vendors for talent management initiatives.

Facilitate internal training sessions in English related to projects and processes.

Requirements

Completed higher education degree.

Prior experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture & Engagement, or Project Management.

Demonstrated success in project and stakeholder management.

Advanced or fluent English proficiency.

Nice to have

Experience with HRIS and engagement systems.
