About the role

Wellhub is looking for a recruiter to join our People team to support our expansion across Europe. This position focuses on managing the full-cycle recruitment process for non-technical roles up to the G7 level.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions up to G7.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People Business Partners to set evaluation criteria and hiring strategies.
• Build and implement sourcing plans to create diverse talent pipelines.
• Maintain data accuracy in Greenhouse, including cost centers and candidate stages.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal SLAs and global labor regulations.
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Promote inclusive hiring practices to mitigate bias throughout the selection process.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Professional experience in full-cycle recruitment within high-demand environments.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse.
• Ability to align candidate salary expectations with established budgets.
• Strong analytical capabilities for reporting on recruitment data.
