This role is crucial for finding and hiring the skilled individuals who build and enhance our wellness platform. You will be a key partner to hiring managers, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to drive our mission forward.

What you'll do

Manage the complete hiring process for technology and product roles, from initial job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding coordination.

Develop and implement creative strategies to attract high-quality candidates, with a focus on diversity.

Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and guide them through effective interview and assessment practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert on the tech talent market, advising on compensation, trends, and competitive landscapes.

Champion diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring fair and equitable practices.

Utilize recruitment technology and data analytics to measure performance and identify areas for process improvement.

Mentor and support other members of the talent acquisition team as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, specifically for complex technology roles.

Deep understanding of technology stacks and current market dynamics.

Proven ability to design and deliver structured interview processes and train others on them.

Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience advising senior leaders.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and a capacity to navigate organizational changes.

Demonstrated interest in AI-driven recruitment tools and automation.

Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment data and drive strategic decisions.

Experience working in a global, remote-first environment.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Extensive experience using Greenhouse ATS, or a comparable system.

Nice to have

Experience with offer negotiation and counteroffer management.

Familiarity with various recruitment frameworks and assessment methodologies.
