People Ops Analyst (Vaga para Pessoas com Deficiência)

About the role

Wellhub is seeking a People Ops Analyst to join our team in Brazil. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and serve as an operational partner for our local workforce while reporting to the People Operations Sr. Manager.

What you'll do

• Execute onboarding and offboarding procedures for all employees.
• Coordinate with Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of variables.
• Manage benefits administration, act as the primary contact for vendors, and audit operational invoices.
• Monitor attendance, time-tracking, and leave requests.
• Handle legal documentation and compliance for interns and apprentices.
• Communicate with the Global Mobility team regarding visa compliance and international transfers.
• Improve internal processes and maintain organized digital employee records.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or similar functions.
• Advanced English proficiency for global collaboration.
• Practical knowledge of Brazilian labor laws.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
