About the role

Wellhub is looking for a detail-oriented intern to support our Strategic Partners team in São Paulo. You will assist commercial executives in managing key network relationships while gaining hands-on experience in B2B operations and data-driven process improvement.

What you'll do

• Assist commercial executives in maintaining relationships with strategic partners across Brazil.
• Handle internal routines and partner requests with a focus on rapid problem-solving.
• Manage commercial and contractual workflows within internal platforms.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor and report on team performance indicators and data management.
• Champion a culture of wellbeing by prioritizing your own health and supporting colleagues in achieving work-life balance.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, International Relations, Social Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory intermediate or advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• A resilient, autonomous mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• An analytical approach and an interest in AI-driven innovation.
