Lifecycle Campaign Specialist

About the role

Wellhub is seeking a Lifecycle Campaign Specialist to join our marketing team in New York City. You will focus on driving subscriber retention and engagement across the US and Canadian markets by managing cross-channel communication strategies.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Execute multi-channel lifecycle strategies including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Manage the end-to-end campaign process from planning and setup to QA and performance review.
• Lead the Ambassador Program to convert subscribers into active advocates through referrals and testimonials.
• Analyze user behavior and churn data to identify opportunities for increasing subscriber lifetime value.
• Develop creative assets such as copy and visuals using drag-and-drop design tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Client Success, and Partner Marketing to align on regional goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging and improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, B2C marketing, or customer lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in CRM automation platforms, specifically Braze or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like Asana.
• Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize retention strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience launching or managing community or ambassador programs.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
