You will be responsible for consolidating global financial data and presenting it in a clear, actionable format for executive review. What you'll do
Manage the complete monthly financial reporting process for Wellhub's worldwide operations, including any acquired businesses.
Create and maintain the executive reporting package, summarizing financial and operational results for senior leaders.
Analyze actual financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, explaining key differences and their business implications.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reported financial metrics and key performance indicators.
Prepare the quarterly cohort reporting package, verifying data integrity and timely delivery.
Combine and analyze financial and operational data from all regions and acquired entities to provide a unified view of company performance.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely submission of high-quality data for monthly reporting, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Synthesize commentary from department heads on financial variances into a comprehensive narrative for executives.
Act as a key point of contact for leadership inquiries regarding financial performance, KPIs, and reporting.
Assist with annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning activities as needed.
Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes, templates, and dashboards to enhance automation, efficiency, and scalability.
Seek opportunities to streamline recurring analyses while improving the quality and consistency of executive reports.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance reporting capabilities and optimize the use of planning tools.
Explore and pilot AI-driven methods for executive reporting and variance analysis to transform how work is performed.
Requirements
Experience working within a global organization with multiple entities and currencies, including consolidated reporting across different geographic locations.
Proven experience in preparing financial reports and presentations for senior executive audiences.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform complex financial information into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
Effective stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating cross-functional input and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
Ability to succeed in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and strict deadlines.
Advanced English proficiency is a mandatory requirement and will be assessed during the hiring process.

Experience with Pigment, NetSuite, and Looker.
A history of improving recurring reporting processes through automation and standardization.
