Client Success Manager

About the role

Wellhub is a workplace wellness platform that gives employees access to fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep resources through a single subscription. As a Client Success Manager, you will manage relationships with large enterprise accounts, guiding them from initial launch through ongoing engagement and annual renewals. This position sits within the Sales team and involves both virtual and in-person client interactions.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of large accounts throughout the full client lifecycle, leading meetings and communications both remotely and on-site
• Build trusted partnerships with HR contacts by aligning on goals around employee health, engagement, and satisfaction
• Develop tailored growth strategies based on each client's specific objectives
• Coordinate initial launches and ongoing relaunch or awareness campaigns in partnership with the Wellbeing Engagement Team
• Share best practices, review member growth metrics, recommend growth tactics, and communicate product updates
• Work with Wellbeing Engagement, Customer Experience, Operations, User Growth Marketing, Fitness Partnerships, and Business Development teams to meet client and company targets
• Analyze client data to identify trends and create communication strategies that increase user participation
• Handle the commercial side of your accounts, including contract renewals, expansions, and renegotiations on an annual basis

Requirements

• Proven experience managing client relationships in a client-facing role
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and solve problems creatively
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
• Comfortable managing several clients and projects at the same time
• Skilled at interpreting data, reviewing reports, and applying insights
• Capable of refining processes and adapting quickly in a fast-paced global environment
