About the role

Wellhub is seeking a strategic leader to oversee our indirect channel operations in Brazil. You will manage a high-performing team to expand our partner ecosystem and drive commercial growth through effective distribution networks.

What you'll do

• Execute growth strategies for indirect channels by aligning partner networks with company business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team focused on commercial relationships, performance management, and strategic projects.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships with intermediaries and key partners to increase market reach.
• Define and track performance metrics, including revenue and conversion rates, to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate with the Marketing department to launch joint initiatives and lead generation campaigns.
• Negotiate contract terms, including incentives and commissions, while working with legal and compliance teams.
• Provide training and sales support to partner representatives to improve negotiation outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in leadership roles.
• Mandatory background in Channel Management or indirect sales.
• Strategic understanding of distribution networks, sales processes, and the benefits or insurance industry.
• Ability to analyze market data and competitor activity to create actionable growth plans.
• Strong negotiation skills with expertise in contract structuring and conflict resolution.
