Webflow is seeking a Staff Software Engineer focused on Developer Productivity. This role is central to driving innovation across our engineering organization and shaping the future of our platform. You will be instrumental in identifying strategic improvements and guiding Webflow's technical direction.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with AI-first development approaches.
- Proficiency in building internal platforms with a focus on agentic tenants, APIs, guardrails, and observability.
- Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with modern web technologies including React, Node.js, Tailwind.css, Next.js, and Remix.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Extensive experience in API design.
- Deep understanding of monorepo management, including patterns for maintaining performance and developer efficiency at scale.
- Ability to balance Developer Experience (DX) with platform-native technologies.
- Commitment to creating "paved paths" and self-service capabilities for code bundling, building, and deployment.
- Skill in connecting efforts across multiple engineering teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
- Dedication to cultivating an inclusive team culture and mentoring engineers.
- Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies.

- Compensation for this role is determined by geographic location, with pay ranges structured into zones.
- United States compensation zones: Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000; Zone B: $200,000 - $240,000; Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000.
- This role is eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
