Webflow is an agentic web marketing platform designed to help teams build and manage high-performing digital experiences. We are looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA team to demonstrate the capabilities of our platform and help customers achieve their strategic business goals.

What you'll do

• Support up to 5 Account Executives by managing multiple active customer opportunities across all segments.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Director to facilitate our launch into new markets.
• Guide potential customers through technical evaluations and design solutions that address their specific business requirements.
• Develop and deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate the value of Webflow.
• Act as a voice for the customer to influence our product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to support our mission.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for industry events, internal offsites, and onboarding.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineering role, ideally within the web development industry.
• Advanced technical proficiency in APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated ability to tell compelling stories during discovery and product demonstrations.
• Experience using AI tools for creative problem solving.
• Strong consultative skills with a focus on building customer trust.
• Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent coaching, writing, and presentation skills.
• Mandatory in-person onboarding session held in San Francisco, CA.
• Valid right to work authorization for the U.K.

• Compensation is determined by geographic pay zones, experience, and qualifications.
