About the role
Webflow is seeking a Senior Product Manager to guide the evolution of AI across our platform. This role focuses on our Agent Access domain, encompassing the AI Assistant within the Designer, third-party agents connecting via MCP, the instructions that govern them, and the underlying infrastructure. You will play a crucial part in defining the future of AI-assisted web creation.

What you'll do
- Shape the product direction and oversee the delivery of AI-powered agent experiences, including the AI Assistant, MCP integrations, agent instructions, and the core AI platform.
- Ensure cohesive functionality across all AI components, building shared resources to benefit both internal and external agents.
- Establish quality standards and define success metrics for AI products, particularly for those with variable outputs.
- Balance the needs of technical developers with less technical creators, designing for both robust APIs and intuitive interfaces.
- Contribute significantly to the overall AI product strategy and translate it into actionable product plans.
- Actively participate in the product development lifecycle, including prototyping, shipping minor improvements, and collaborating closely with engineering.
- Adapt to the rapidly changing AI landscape, identifying valuable trends and staying connected with customer needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with significant expertise in AI-driven systems, platforms, and APIs.
- Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and limitations of LLM-based tools, gained through hands-on work with AI agents, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Proven ability to define and maintain quality for non-deterministic products, including establishing evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and success metrics.
- Experience building products that cater to both developer and less technical user bases.
- A comprehensive understanding of software development processes, with a willingness to engage in all aspects of product creation.
- Ability to function as an independent contributor and strategic partner, collaborating effectively with leadership.
- A continuous learning mindset, actively seeking to expand knowledge of emerging AI technologies.

- Compensation for this role is structured into geographic zones to reflect local market costs.
- United States base pay ranges: Zone A: $187,500 - $225,000; Zone B: $176,700 - $212,000; Zone C: $165,000 - $198,000.
- Canada base pay range: $204,000 - $245,000 CAD.
- Eligibility for Webflow's company-wide bonus program, with target amounts based on career level and company performance.
