About the role
Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development of enterprise-grade security, identity, and access management features. You will define the strategy for governance and workflows, enabling large organizations to scale their collaboration securely on our platform.

What you'll do
- Establish the product vision and roadmap for access control, identity, and governance to support our largest customers.
- Serve as the primary advocate for enterprise users by collaborating with go-to-market teams to translate market needs into product strategy.
- Manage a cross-functional group of designers and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Work with internal product and engineering teams to promote access control standards across the organization.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven history of high-velocity execution in delivering enterprise-level customer experiences.
- Deep expertise in identity, role-based access control, compliance frameworks, and audit capabilities.
- Understanding of how IT and security departments evaluate and implement enterprise software.
- Familiarity with website technologies, AI tools, and marketing optimization software.
- Ability to think in systems and connect individual features to broader product strategy.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-growing environment.

Compensation:
United States: Zone A ($212,500-$255,000), Zone B ($200,000-$240,000), Zone C ($186,700-$224,000).
Canada (BC & ON): $232,000-$278,000 CAD.
Eligibility: All roles are eligible for the company-wide annual bonus program.
Benefits: Includes equity (RSUs), 401(k) with 100% match up to $6,000/year (US), comprehensive health coverage, 12 weeks parental leave, flexible vacation, and monthly stipends.
