About the role
Webflow is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define the future of AI within our platform. You will shape how artificial intelligence empowers creators and developers to build and optimize web experiences. This is a critical role in an evolving area, where you will establish new standards for AI-assisted creation.

Compensation:
United States (USD):
Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000
Zone B: $200,000 - $240,000
Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000
Canada (CAD
BC & ON only): $232,000 - $278,000
This role is eligible for an annual bonus program based on company performance.
What you'll do
- Establish the strategic direction and product roadmap for AI-powered features, including the AI Assistant, third-party agent integrations via MCP, and the underlying AI platform.
- Ensure AI features function cohesively, creating shared components and aligning teams to deliver a unified product experience.
- Define quality benchmarks and evaluation methods for AI-driven outputs, ensuring consistent and reliable performance.
- Develop solutions that cater to both technical developers and less technical creators, balancing advanced capabilities with ease of use.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Go-to-Market teams to align on product strategy and execution.
- Contribute directly to product development, including prototyping and shipping improvements.
- Identify and integrate emerging AI technologies to enhance product capabilities and development velocity.
- Mentor other product managers and contribute to the growth of AI product practices within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 8 years in product management, with significant experience in AI systems and a proven ability to lead strategy for complex product domains.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility, including hands-on work with AI agent systems, code generation, or programmable interfaces.
- Demonstrated success in defining quality standards and metrics for products with variable outputs.
- Ability to design products that serve distinct user groups, such as developers and less technical creators.
- Experience contributing across the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to implementation.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Continuous curiosity and learning about new AI advancements.
