About the role
Webflow is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to guide customers in understanding and utilizing the Webflow platform's capabilities. This role involves articulating Webflow's value proposition to meet client business objectives and technical needs. You will be instrumental in showcasing how Webflow can solve customer challenges and drive growth.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support multiple active customer opportunities within the Enterprise segment, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Guide clients through the Webflow evaluation process, confirming the platform aligns with their key business goals and technical specifications.
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, architect solutions, perform technical validations, and develop business cases.
- Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that illustrate how Webflow addresses specific customer objectives and challenges.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials as needed.
- Represent the customer's perspective to influence product development for both immediate and future Enterprise success.
- Drive strategic cross-functional initiatives critical to Webflow's mission.
- Travel up to 25%.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, with a preference for experience in the web development sector.
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of APIs and web programming languages, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A consultative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on assisting customers.
- Proven ability to craft effective narratives during discovery and product demonstration sessions.

Practical notes
Compensation ranges are based on geographic cost of labor.
United States (USD):
Zone A: $208,500 - $245,000
Zone B: $194,000 - $228,000
Zone C: $182,000 - $214,000
Canada (CAD
ON & BC): $200,000 - $235,000
For sales roles, these are On Target Earnings (OTE) including base salary and commission targets. The final salary will be determined by factors such as market location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.
Additional compensation may include equity, company bonuses, or sales commissions.
