About the role
Webflow is seeking a Staff Brand Designer to shape our brand's presence across digital and physical touchpoints. This role focuses on bridging the gap between brand strategy and tangible execution, particularly on our marketing website, which serves as the primary introduction for most users. You will be responsible for bringing brand concepts to life through design and development, ensuring consistency and impact across all channels.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Design and build Webflow's marketing website, treating it as a dynamic brand experience with narrative and flow, not just static pages.
- Express brand identity through motion, interaction, and behavior, extending the brand system into reusable web components.
- Own the technical implementation of Webflow's marketing surfaces, from content structure to publishing workflows, using Webflow itself as a sophisticated customer.
- Ensure brand coherence across diverse mediums including campaigns, conferences, editorial content, and product interfaces.
- Experiment with and integrate emerging technologies like AI and agentic tooling into production workflows, sharing learnings with the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns and product updates efficiently, while maintaining site performance and accessibility.
- Mentor other designers and marketers by sharing expertise and building accessible systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- A minimum of 8 years of combined experience in brand design and web design or development.
- Proven experience designing marketing websites that prioritize narrative, user journey, and interaction.
- Deep expertise with the Webflow platform, including CMS, component systems, interactions, and performance optimization.
- Experience contributing to brand initiatives beyond websites, such as campaigns, physical environments, or product design.
- Demonstrated fluency in using AI and agentic tools for real-world production work, with examples of successful applications.
- Comfortable reading and adapting HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- A portfolio showcasing both strong identity design and high-traffic websites with detailed architectural explanations.

- Compensation for this role is determined by geographic location, with specific pay ranges for U.S. Zones A, B, and C, and a separate range for Canada (BC & ON).
- This role is eligible for Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
