About the role
Webflow is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on developing AI-driven internal tools and workflows to enhance the efficiency of our Engineering, Product, and Design departments. You will be instrumental in shaping our AI infrastructure and operational processes.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Create AI agents and automated workflows to streamline core operational tasks, such as managing beta program recruitment and launch readiness.
- Develop and maintain a central repository of reusable AI skills and agents for use across the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify and automate manual processes, improving operational effectiveness.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept and prototyping to deployment and integration with internal systems.
- Produce clear documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoption and use of new AI tools.
- Conduct research and experiments with AI technologies like RAG and context engineering to solve operational challenges.
- Contribute to the responsible implementation and monitoring of AI usage within the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking at a business level.
- 4-6 years of experience in automation engineering, internal tooling development, or a technical operations role.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, their APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and RAG.
- Proven ability to transform manual operational processes into automated, reliable software solutions.
- Proficiency in designing and implementing integrations using APIs and webhooks, connecting tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Familiarity with the operational rhythms and challenges of Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Ability to balance rapid development with system reliability and maintainability.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience building and deploying internal tools or automation frameworks that solved real operational issues.
