Senior Product Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Prepare for planning by identifying gaps and improving cross-functional alignment before development starts.
• Work with Product and Engineering leaders to improve roadmap execution, visibility, and accountability.
• Facilitate planning and dependency management across teams to reduce risks and improve delivery predictability.
• Lead the operational aspects of complex cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Continuously improve Product Development processes, frameworks, and operating rhythms.
• Promote the adoption of best practices for planning effectiveness and consistent execution.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and insights on roadmap execution and organizational health.
• Synthesize and share actionable insights to support decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Identify operational friction and opportunities for continuous improvement in Product Development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or a similar field within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale annual and quarterly roadmap planning for hundreds of product and engineering team members.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex product initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.
• Experience designing and scaling operational processes and frameworks.
• Technical understanding of tools like Linear, Jira, and analytics platforms, with comfort in engineering and delivery metrics.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights for product and engineering leaders.
• Experience creating operational reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive communications.
• Strong business understanding to connect operational improvements to business outcomes like delivery predictability and time-to-market.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence product, engineering, and leadership audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, build alignment, and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve organizational friction and execution risks.

Practical notes

• This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Lehi, UT office. Periodic travel to Lehi, UT HQ will be required if living outside of Utah.
