Lead Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a technical authority to oversee our Salesforce environment, ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and high-performing. You will define our architectural standards, guide our engineering team, and collaborate with leadership to turn business objectives into technical reality.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Govern the Salesforce platform architecture, setting standards for CI/CD, branching, and design patterns.
• Architect solutions for Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, including complex integrations and CTI setups.
• Manage the Quote-to-Cash and Billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate data synchronization with Sage Intacct and other ERP systems.
• Lead the design of self-service and partner portals using Lightning Web Runtime.
• Establish security protocols for external sites, including data sharing rules and guest user policies.
• Design integration strategies using MuleSoft, event-driven patterns, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Mentor developers and administrators while leading technical design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Expertise in Apex, advanced LWC architecture, SOQL/SOSL, and asynchronous processing.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Billing, CPQ, and ERP integrations.
• Proficiency in DevOps tools like Copado, Salto, Gearset, or Jenkins using Git.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security, encryption, and Large Data Volumes.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (Technical Architect track).

• Salesforce Certified Billing Specialist or CPQ Specialist.
