About the role
This position manages the technical setup and deployment of software and phone systems for multi-location offices. You will serve as the primary project lead, guiding clients through the transition from initial sale to full platform adoption.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients during the setup phase.
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts at different stages of the onboarding lifecycle.
- Serve as the main point of contact and project manager for all assigned customers.
- Maintain transparent communication to manage client expectations.
- Educate users on platform features to ensure they gain maximum value.
- Deliver high-quality service to every client.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during deployment.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate onboarding tasks.
- Use data and reporting tools to manage your project pipeline and inform decisions.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in implementation or project management within a customer-facing environment.
- Technical knowledge of VoIP and general networking concepts.
- Practical experience using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and provide solutions.
- Capacity to thrive in a high-speed, KPI-focused workplace.
- Skill in managing and prioritizing multiple project pipelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
- High level of technical aptitude and a customer-first mindset.

- Prior project management experience or a PMP certification.
