About the role

This role focuses on sales analytics that align with business goals and offer insights into our PMS integrations and partnerships. You will lead and shape success through high-impact data analysis. This position is part of the Finance team, bridging business intelligence with product decisions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead analytics for the Upsell channel, mapping the sales funnel to identify ideal customer profiles and evaluate sales activities.
• Monitor and report on PMS integration health, usage friction, and technical adoption to ensure smooth data flow for new products.
• Partner with sales, marketing, accounting, and finance teams to understand partner impact and improve reporting.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Revenue Operations.
• Analyze end-to-end performance to identify trends and opportunities in sales, adoption, usage, retention, and cancellation behavior.
• Collaborate with your team and stakeholders, making decisions within your scope and communicating findings clearly.
• Help maintain and scale the analytics data foundation, building self-service capabilities for team-wide data decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Strong independent SQL skills and experience building dashboards with data visualization tools.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data structures for analyzing sales pipelines and customer growth.
• Proven ability to manage work independently, navigate ambiguous datasets, and balance competing stakeholder requests.
• Experience building positive relationships within teams and departments to support joint objectives.
• Ability to communicate data findings clearly, translating technical points into straightforward updates.
